We’re a health insurance agency focused on ACA plans and supplemental policies like Dental Hearing, and Vision. As we grow, we’re building a service-first team to support clients with professionalism and care.
What You’ll Do:
-Handle inbound and follow-up calls to assist customers with application status, plan details, and enrollment questions
-Verify applicant information to ensure accuracy and compliance before policy submission
-Support licensed sales agents with real-time assistance on client accounts
-Document all interactions accurately in CRM and policy management systems
-Escalate technical or compliance issues to the appropriate departments
-Maintain a positive, respectful, and helpful tone with every customer interaction
What You Bring:
-1+ years in customer service, call center, or insurance support roles (health insurance preferred)
-Excellent phone presence, listening skills, and verbal communication
-Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
-Familiarity with ACA plans, enrollment processes, or insurance verification is a plus
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus
